About Happy Dungeon

Happy Dungeon is a private studio that was initially used by Grady Crumpler to record his original music and host band rehearsals. Other musicians began approaching him with requests to record their demos. Then, singer-songwriters began requesting full band arrangements of their guitar/vocal or piano/vocal demos. Singers needed videos for auditions, high resolution mp3s to submit for gigs, and miscellaneous other services. So, Happy Dungeon Studio's services (and Grady's skill set) developed organically, according to the needs of fellow performers.

About Grady

A native of the Triangle, Grady is a UNC Chapel Hill graduate, and has worked full-time in music since 1997. He has been performing live with The Brickhouse Band (www.thebrickhouseband.com) since 2016. In the studio, he has a hyperabundance of noise makers and manglers - hardware and software. A 4-track cassette deck was his gateway drug, followed by a Roland VS-880 and a Tascam DA20 for mix-down, and then the bleeding edge of digital production. Outside of the studio, he spends much of his time training Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA. Oh, and he's a helluva cook!
